Silviu Biriş
A well known actor of the National Theatre, Silviu Biriş has played in numerous plays, like the „Suicider“ by Nikolai Erdman (2009), „Catherine the Great“, by George Bernard Shaw (2008), „Chicago“ by Maurice Dallas Watkins (2005), „The Sweet Bird of Youth“, by Tennessee Williams (2005) etc. He collaborated with several Romanian cultural institutions, like the „Lucia Sturdza Bulandra“ Theatre, the Romanian Literature Museum, the Victoria Casino Theatre, the „Constantin Nottara“ Theatre, the Variete Globus Circus. He has played in several acclaimed movies (The Rest is Silence, by Nae Caranfil, Le Domain Perdu, Studd that Bear, The Triangle of Death, by Sergiu Nicolaescu).
